"Proximity to downtown and the breakfast was very good. The lounge area was nice to relax in The room could be a little cleaner the walls and floor are a bit tired. We got some wrong information from two different people working the front desk and on our second night it was fairly noisy from adjoining rooms"

"Perfectly nice hotel in a nice part of town. Room was a little small, but perfectly comfortable. Bed was super comfy, shower was lovely and powerful. Shame there was no kettle or coffee maker, but you could go to Reception. "

"It’s a busy hotel, with conference facilities, meaning there can be short waits for the lifts and during breakfast. Nevertheless the less it runs smoothly with efficient staff."

"The staff were amazing. My mom & I came in early off of a cruise and they happened to have a room ready so we were able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up a bit. They asked us if we wanted our breakfast for that morning since we were leaving the next morning before breakfast time. So much going above & beyond. Great experience and great breakfast too!! "
