"We stayed two nights mid week in mid May. Check-in was simple with friendly staff. We chose the valet parking, which was also convenient and cost a few dollars more per day than self parking. "Good location, friendly staff and very clean. However, check in was 4:00 and we didn’t get into our rooms until after 5:00. The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in. Also, we were charged a $57 per room resort fee ( we had 3 rooms) but the pool was closed and the shuttle only ran on Sunday. We only got in our room at 5:00...

They don't tell you about the fees until you actually check in, so you have to watch out for that.
