"The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "

"Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off. "

"We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. "

"Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays"

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had...

"My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous."
