"This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained! "

"This is a newer hotel, so it was extremely nice and clean. Everything was is pristine condition. We felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space to move around in and we didn’t feel cramped. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The warm chocolate chips made it all even better. "
