The room was very nice and a great shower! Breakfast was very good- lots of variety and all the coffee drinks you could want. The hotel staff was super helpful- directed us to where to get a bathing suit at a reasonable price for the baths, and make restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. "Yesterday afternoon the front desk female attendant denied us access to the courtyard to visit and have a glass of wine......verboden. Asked this morning.....front desk attendant said open for breakfast guests only, then 12-8 p.m. for paying guest. Management lack of training."

Opening the window was not an option since there was loud music at the lakeside and people shouting till 1 am. It is not near the city center and it takes around 15 mins. However, walking along the lakeside to city center is very pleasant. Parking is also easy."

BED BUGS! :( Then everything "suddenly" (in regard to customer service) went downhill in regard to several staff members/managers "disagreeing" with us (we had photos & videos as proof), being pro-active, etc. With no laundry onsite & us being driven around (via Uber) to find a 24 hour laundromat in shady areas...we ultimately decided no one from the thotel"

"The location is excellent, with the train station and Aldi within walking distance, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hallways had a very unpleasant smell, and we had to cover our noses every time we walked to our room. The rooms were very cramped and did not feel clean or hygienic. "Room was clean and in a decent location. About an hour walk to the river and main old town of Vienna . It the line underground subway was amazing and was only 1-2 blocks away. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel because of the lack in room amenities. No fridge, no coffee machine or tea, not iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable but the curtains let in too much light- zero black out. I would not rate any hotel above 3-3.5 stars without amentities such as room fridge and coffee...

There was no soap in the dispenser beside the sink or in the shower. We were there for less than 12 hours and to contact the housekeeping or maintenance for these things would've killed the little bit of time we had available to sleep."
