"Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located...

"This is a lovely, well located hotel in the center of Vienna. The staff is excellent . The engineer helped solve a problem on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Our room while spacious needed to be renovated but was very clean. The air was a problem as I have asthma and need air con regardless of the outside temperature. There is a problem in Vienna with laws and air conditioning. It would be nice if the hotel purchased an extra toaster so they can provide gluten free toast rather than...

"Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub. "
