"This is an older hotel, it has some worn furniture and the tiniest little elevator you've ever seen, very much like what you'd find in Europe but it also has a great deal of charm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were very soft, the bathroom was clean and the staff was fabulous. I requested a fridge it was there in 5 minutes I requested an iron for a shirt it was there in 5 minutes on the second day we needed more shampoo and towels they were there in a matter of minutes. "The hotel is situated in an excellent location and offers relatively small, yet comfortable rooms. While this hotel is great and we would stay here again without hesitation, the true highlight of this property is its exceptional staff. They are incredibly hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable, and simply great! Thank you Anthony (front) and Jack (lounge), you were awesome!"

"The AC unit in the room was very old, rusted and very noisy. We could ynot only the hissing of the air but the badly functioning AC motor. The bath towels were damp and the carpet floor dirty. We had to request a room change. The new room was slightly cleaner but the AC was still noisy and old. For the high price of the stay this was more than disappointing. The hotel ad stated that the facility was completely renovated which was quite different than the reality. The staff was not very welcoming...
