"The location is good as the hotel is close to the metro, tram and conference centre. However, the property is old and tired and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation (apparently some have been done, but not the floor I was staying). The A/C is very weak - so much so the hotel leaves a card key inside the slot in the room to force it to run continuously. If you leave the curtains open the heat from the sun makes it struggle more."

"Esta algo lejano. El principal problema es que te cobran todo aparte, si llegas un poco antes, si dejas las maletas, si quieres que te hagan la limpieza o la cama, si consideran que gastaste mas energía eléctrica, etc Te da lo mínimo, costando lo mismo que en un hotel normal. I advise to get a bus/team weekly ticket. The bus is reliable for it is a real nightmare to understand the bus network, the map is really unclear and over complicated. For the flat, check you have what you need in the kitchen because we had a lot missing but receptionist was helpful. Their main bell...

"Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice size, comfy. Great area of town. At registration there are several steps up to landing and steps upstairs, and steps down to elevator. Can be tough with luggage."
