"This is such a beautiful hotel, well positioned in Sydney's inner west. The rooms are clean, beautifully styled and appointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Lucas who went above and beyond during my stay. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning."

"Got hit with a bill that was no fault of my own but the guest who waited in the lobby and broke the winding part of the window which was old and due for replacement. The staff said I was responsible but failed to show me the video footage. She said I would have to contact the police to access video. Go figure! The bill was $656!!! Looking at the window this could be easily replace for under $50. It should be covered on their insurance. Will never stay here again. The room was small. Wifi was...

"You could tell it was cleaned just not very thoroughly. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Check in was easy though and good location."
