"Great place"

"スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。清潔感があってよかったと思います。"

"Good"

"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. 10 out of 10 would def recommend!!!"

"スタッフ対応も大変よく　部屋も狭いけど全然綺麗で問題なし　一階にプライベートルームがあり良かった　１つだけ連泊したらタオルを買わないといけないところはちょっと😢でも安くて綺麗でまた泊まっても全然よいかな"

"離動物園2號出口非常近且旁邊就有藥妝店可以買 很方便"

"Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka."

"Good"

"Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them."

"Big clean room. No staff present, that a setback. Beside a train station, noise can be a bit unbearable if you are a like sleeper. Surprise they did not enforce the out wall from letting in the noise. The corridor outside the unit is much quieter."

"The room was very clean. We were given access earlier than check in time to store our luggage. Amenities provided in the room were excellent. The location of the property was five minutes walk from two subway lines. There are many restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance."

"Very nice and clean little apartment, about 30-40 min walk to the main shopping area or 15 minute by train. Self check in was very smooth. Great spot for the price!"

"清潔な客室で過ごしやすかった"

"Good and clean You can cook there Just a little bit far from subway and convenient store"
