"Filthy hotel, smelly rooms, broken furniture, moldy walls. Couldn’t stay in the room and left. Don’t book."

"This hotel is a run down broken place. Only one elevator the entire week for 35 floors. The hotel packed the elevator over the weight limit to the point you don’t feel safe! I waited 2 hours for someone to come fix my air- in the 24th floor! Only after I stood at the front desk and complained til someone came. The towels were smaller than a normal bath towel and very worn- almost having holes in them. The rooms were so small you couldn’t close the drapes without climbing on the bed. Breakfast...

"The WiFi was an issue our entire 4 day stay. We told multiple staff members working the front desk and it was never corrected. Upon check out I mentioned it again and they acted shocked to hear this! Another guest leaving at the same time from the 6th floor also complained about the lack of WiFi. Our room was also not cleaned on our second day and I had to call for clean towels. The hotel is a great location but could definitely stand to update their WiFi technology."

"A perfect place for a short stay"

"Great location to visit New York City. Being able to leave our car in the parking lot and take the bus and subway worked out great! Loved the view from the hotel too. Next to the ferry service. There is also a walking path that is along the river."

"Great location. Close to Times Square but removed from the hustle. Also close to Bryant Park. We drove and it was easy coming from the South. Valet parking is excellent."
