"Juneau Hotel was a lovely place to stay. A great location within walking distance to everything, but far enough away from where the cruise ships dock to avoid the crowds and all their noise. A quiet, peaceful spot! Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was humble, not fancy, but our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we need. My only issues were very minor ones. To be clear, despite these issues I would happily stay at Juneau Hotel again! Our room was...

"Always friendly staff, and a free airport/ferry shuttle from the property. The rooms are a bit dated and have had some repairs to some of the rooms which are visible, but despite that they are very comfortable and clean. The beds I have slept on were all very comfortable. "
