"We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. "Everything about the bear den was perfect! Comfortable, cozy and clean. It has been my favorite place to ever stay! We saw an eagle in the tree right off the front porch! The scenery was amazing and it was so nice to do a fishing charter and go back to a house to make the food you just caught. We enjoyed every single day in Ketchikan and it was so nice to have a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons on the porch and sleep well so the next day you can get up and explore again! "Absolutely adorable stay here in Sitka. The space is quite big for a two bedroom. The only issue was a new building is going up right next to it and does block some of the views from inside. If you’re here tho, you’ll get all the beautiful views exploring anyways "

"This property was excellent. I would stay here again. Super clean, gorgeous views, walkable neighborhood to sites of interest! We happened to be in Ketchikan during the hottest week of the season so we had to have the windows open in the late afternoon, evening and overnight due to the sun baking in the beautiful windows. "This place was very close to whale watching and the views were awesome to wake up to. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive from downtown which was a major plus being able to get away from the cruise ship visitors and commotion.I really enjoyed being able to drink my coffee on the front deck overlooking the ocean with different birds and fish in the Bay.The host was very gracious and any communication was very easy. "The Golden Alaska Lodge was such a treat. We loved staying away from town, the views of Silver Bay are amazing. It is such a peaceful home. The house is very clean, very well equipped for anything you may need. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and sauna after long days of fishing. Brian and Christine were great to work with. "Loved this darling place with the fantastic view. Everything I needed…comfy, cozy. Easy to walk to everything…if you don’t mind stairs and hills! Fun to watch the cruise ships come in to dock. Ketchikan is a charming quirky town. I hope I get to come back someday. Highly recommend these hosts. "
