"Wonderful stay over Easter!! From go to wo it was a pleasurable experience. Gisela sorted out a bungled cruise booking before we had even arrived. And about Gisela, how nice to be greeted by such a lovely personality. A real credit to the industry! All the staff at Club Tropical were great. Communication 2nd to none! The room itself was tired and in need of a coat of paint in the least. However, it was very clean and well appointed, big fridge, beds comfy, lux pillows, and my favourite critique...

"Great quiet place to stay in with spacious rooms. I enjoyed how we had a kitchenette available as well as our own small living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and walkable distance to pretty much everything in Port Douglas...especially the marina. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The holiday apartment that we rented was beautiful -- spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The pool and BBQ area was also nice. It's an easy walk to the center of town (maybe 15 minutes?) and there is a shuttle if needed. Check-in was simple and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great stay."

"Where to start – there are so many excellent elements to this apartment. Firstly, it is in a great location, able to walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. We had a hire car but did not use it in town at all as we love to walk everywhere. Secondly, the managers are so friendly, helpful and accommodating which made our weeklong stay very pleasant. We had a three bedroom renovated apartment for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. It was spacious, clean and comfortable....
