They also put a $100 a day hold charge on your card per day (you should have it refunded 5-7 business days after you leave...it's in case of incidental issues in your room). "We booked the comfort suite and had a wonderful stay! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. We walked to everything downtown within minutes, yet had a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The patio had beautiful views of the lake and Perry’s Monument to enjoy our morning coffee."

"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

"After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."
