"We really appreciated the staff! We discovered that the AC in our room wasn’t working so they worked diligently to get us into another room, and happily it was an upgraded room. Unfortunately however, the AC also didn’t work in that room. Because it was so late we slept in the heat. Ultimately we left happy- perhaps the issue was our expectations- the staff made up for any hot sleeping conditions. We would stay here again for the hospitality!
