"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "

"The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all. My room was quite compact but very comfortable, the shower was great as was the bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
