"Hot breakfast was disappointing. It had been left standing so was rubbery and dry. I think the scrambled eggs might be powdered so they weren't nice. Property is nice. Good carparking but expensive even with discount. Location is good but is a 15 min walk. Weather was great when we went so it was no bother."

"Very good quality for an affordable stay. I paid £70 for a room for two, and it was well worth it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was pleasant. It was a bit of a walk to get to the room and there was no lift, but nothing too bad. The only downside was the reception. I wanted a late check-out and tried calling eight times, but no one ever answered. The front desk seemed mostly unattended, which was frustrating. Overall, a comfortable and good value stay."

"Accommodation good but the room was noisy with a fan outside the window that made a buzzing noise all night long and as it was a warm eveningvthe widow was open and the room was very noisy."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise! "

"The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes. "
