"Lovely stay, staff really make it, they do everything for you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Ideal location just opposite to Bath Spa station, close to roman baths, bath Abbey, all the shops etc. Hotel has a lot of history so does have creaky floors and you can hear some movement from others but was all ok for us.
