And some staff were very rude, especially when a woman asked to be escorted to a dark garage at 5 o'clock in the morning and is laughed at By staff telling her, are you scared of the dark? It's pretty rude. I lost my mother that morning. I had a death in a family and\n Didn't even get a Rebate. A special Rebate for that\n But would I go back...

Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was very clean, jacuzzi was great. The to go breakfast was so so but it won't deter us from going again. Overall great place"
