"The room was fine until you look closer. Questionable residue on the curtains, the carpet felt crunchy, and I’m pretty sure one bed hadn’t been changed since the last guest. The sheets had what looked like a blood stain and other marks and a hair was present. Thank goodness we had another bed option. "I did not love you recent stay for a number of reasons. First, the customer service was poor. Rarely, when I passed by the front desk was there anyone present. I had to wait a while to check in because nobody was around. At least twice the front desk clerk was outside the building smoking cigarettes. Second, the gym was very disappointing. It was way too small and have very little equipment. Third, the wifi didn't work well in my room nor the gym. Fourth, the shower didn't have full glass doors,...

"The entire second floor smelled like weed (the entire time we were there so it wasn’t someone that just walked by). It was over powering and gross. The pool was closed and just was a bit run down. Staff and location was fine."
