"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"Bruges is a dream and Hotel Bourgoensch Hof is a perfect place to stay to explore the town. The hotel is a short walk from many of the historic locations and museums. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast offered the usual fare of meats, cheeses, pastries and cereal and was served is a beautiful room overlooking the canal. We didn't sign up for breakfast but would the next time - coffee shops don't open until 9 or 10 so if you want a little...

"The staff was cheerful and very helpful. They booked a taxi for us and even tried to call me when they found my husband’s credit card on the ground outside the hotel! The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious with all the selections we could have wanted. We had a wonderful stay!"
