"I was surprised how many lifeguards were on duty at the water park. They had more than enough for all of the people that we're in all areas. All of the staff were very very friendly and accommodating Happily surprised with this hotel"

"Room was disgusting, staff was very rude. Entire place smelt like cigarette smoke because the staff stands in the front entrance smoking all day and night. Staff loading up breakfast used bare hands to touch food. Room was dirty, had chips all over the carpet, had to have it cleaned. Bathroom had hair in all the corners and behind the toilet. No proper bedding just multiple flat sheets on both beds. Pool and pool deck had so much hair everywhere."

"We got this hotel so we could spend the night before going to Cedar Point. This hotel was a fifteen minute drive from the park and had lots of food options nearby. It was a good value for what we paid (very inexpensive). The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Plenty of places to plug in phones and nice pictures in the room. Breakfast was as expected. The make-your-own cinnamon-apple waffles were excellent. Yogurt,...
