"The stay here was pleasant & quiet. We stayed in room 5. It was small but cute. The shower will take a long time to heat up, and the toilet sits very low to the floor. There are not many outlets in this room and the one by the chair and bathroom door dosent work. We had also anticipated using the pool during our stay, but it was not running and dirty the entire week. Kind of bummed about that. Breakfast consisted assorted breakfast cereals, and plate of cold cuts ham slices and cheese, Bagels,...

"I had a room that was back down an outdoor walkway that flooded with about 8 in a of water and there was no other way to the room.I made note with the office and they were not very responsive. I feel the room was a fire has hard because you only had the one way out. Multiply plug in strips in the room with various things plugged in. I was a single traveler, as a single person, don’t let them put you in 208 and forget about you."

"This is a beautiful property with a great pool area. The rooms were clean and neat and the location was adequate. You can't walk to downtown but it's an easy Uber ride. Front staff were great, but the cleaning staff could be a bit friendlier. The breakfast is decent and a great plus. I would stay here again!"

"Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and feel like a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to provide a free drinking water station in the lobby or reception area, available 24/7 exclusively for hotel guests. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Duval House is a lovely option to stay at in Key West. Just a nice walk to the downtown bar and restaurants. The backyard where a yummy breakfast is served is so pleasant. We met several nice people there. My only issue was with the air conditioner location in our room. It’s was right above our bed and kept me awake the first night. Fortunately I discovered a pair of ear plugs in my husband’s shaving kit, so I slept great the second night."
