"Love the view from our room. Close to all amenities."

"Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Clean, friendly staff and centrally located. I would highly recommend"

"I really want to thank Fabian, the front desk staff, for alll his help. From the moment I arrived (well past midnight) he was friendly and incredibly helpful. He was incredibly attentive and even noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged a wonderful happy birthday celebration at breakfast (even though he wasn't working that day). Fabian and the breakfast staff made my holiday and I cannot thank them enough. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of no air-conditioning and decor but it's...

"Property was dated and needed some urgent repairs to the room eg, floor, fans/aircon although very clean. Awful smell of cannabis around the family pool - really off putting especially with children. The smoking around the poor was also not good with children (especially mine with asthma). The bar was expensive for drinks, but the staff were friendly. The steep hill upto the property is not for the faint hearted - I would definitely recommend a taxi."

"Everything with this property was just fine. Nice staff and clean rooms. My only suggestion would be to make the sign regarding the drinking water more obvious."

"Nice complex next to the boulevard. We enjoyed our stay in Los Olivos in Fanabé. Only the very steep up-and-downhill in and around the complex were exhausting :) Parking the rental-car in the undergroud-parking was therefore very nice."

"No air conditioning"

"Staff are excellent; very friendly and attentive. I asked to change rooms a few nights in because the view wasn't great and they were really nice about it, changed me to a room on the other side of the hotel. The food is basic but of good quality, drinks are excellent. The lobby bar is a really nice spot in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean, sure they're not super modern but theyre far from hideous. Only downside was the rooftop pool was closed for renovations. Hoping it looks super...

"It is a classy old fashioned hotel with a nice open air lobby area and plenty of plants to match the natural beauty of Icod. It has real character and is worth visiting"

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."
