"The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. "Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night...
