"Pool needs more warm water and cleanliness"

"You can tell that the hotel is old and outdated. The elevator is makes cranky sounds, the pool area has an old building smell to it. The staff in the breakfast area seemed to be unhappy."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. The weather was starting to get warm during the day, and as there is no AC the hotel shut the heat off during the day. When asked they did provide a blanket and heater. Since it was snowing they turned the heat on. I had access to the business lounge but it is only open during breakfast and dinner for a few hours. Other restaurants only open certain hours. Easy walk to stadium."

"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "

"Incredibly low budget experience for what we paid and what was expected. Hotel was incredibly confusing to navigate when we arrived in the middle of the night. The tower says entrance but there's no front desk. Once we found the front desk, we were then confused by the hotel staff with what was supposed to be an "upgrade" to our account. Turns out there was no upgrade and it would in fact be a down grade because we already booked a suite and the suite is the "nicest" room they have as per the...

"Staff are very lovely and the building is very clean, it is just very out dated and dingey. Was not a bad stay, but some things to be aware of"

"The room was very nice. Even with it being close to the airport we did not hear any of the planes. The breakfast buffet was very good and had actual food like eggs, potatoes and bacon and not just cereal. The only negative was parking. We usually came back to the hotel later in the night and all of the spots were taken with people parking there from the airport. "
