"Is not that it's not kept clean. it's just that its an old tired building in need of updating. The staff were fantastic though. Had a few issues (of my own making) and despite being very busy, they couldn't have been nicer. I hope they are well paid. Parking is a bit sketchy and only 1 space left. "

"Staff were really lovely and helpful. Partner has a dairy allergy, dining staff and chef catered and adapted the menu to suit. Spa was excellent again staff were lovely. Our room was a little tired round the window, and bed could do with new mattress abit lumpy. but over all beautiful place and with well maintained gardens. Would definitely go back"
