"Breakfast wasn’t as good at it usually is"

"Best location for hotel in Southend. Overall an excellent hotel , especially the family room is very good. The receptionist stored our baggage so we can go out and wonder about as we got there before the 3pm Check-in time. Also at check out time 12pm they stored our luggage in hotel so we can pick up later which was kind of them."

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly, even though they were so busy but they have continued to provide a professional service. The burger meal was my highlight of the evening. Thanks again till next time."

"We decided to start our holiday early and stay at the Stansted Airport Lodge before our 7am flight the following morning. We didn't arrive at the hotel until about 10pm but were we greeted at reception by a friendly and helpful staff member and shown to our room. The room was basic but spacious and you could see the airport from one of the windows. We weren't there long as we left at 4:30am but we did have a few hours sleep in a comfortable bed. We would stay here again if we had an early flight...
