"Both hot tube running cold water. Broken glass in some area of the roof"

"Mooie accomodatie met gratis koffie en thee. Ligt alleen wel een aardig eindje van Benidorm-centrum af"

"First the staff were friendly! However I would not recommend or stop again. The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained. Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for...

"Great room"

"This my third visit to the hotel since 1980 and it remains excellent…."

"excellent location adjacent to the port & very good value for money & brilliant breakfast. Evening meals provided by restaurant next door but we had a poor experience of this & would not recommend - not up to the standard of the hotel itself"

"Lovely staff, clean room and great location"

"Location was perfect, 2 minutes from strip. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. I would stay again"

"Despite warm weather pool was closed and no sun beds"

"Das Hotel ist mitten in der Altstadt...Der Pool und die Aussicht sind super...Dusche und Bett perfekt..wir würden wieder kommen"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location! All you need on a boozy Holiday."
