"The property was excellent and even better than the pictures provided.The outside area was the stand out point with various areas to relax or sunbathe. The pool being the highlight which is a great size (could do with being colder).The only minor comment would be that the separate apartment area needs a little more furniture make it feel even more comfortable so perhaps another sofa or rattan furniture set to sit."

"We had a great stay at this villa, two families and 3 generations and lots of space indoor and out. The detail at the villa is well thought out and there was nothing that we didn’t have available in terms of facilities. "The pictures of the villa are exactly what we found on arrival. We were a party of 7 with grandchildren aged 19 16 and 4 years old and there was plenty to keep everybody entertained. "Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen....
