"I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me. Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

"部屋が汚すぎた。掃除が足りない。浴槽に髪の毛が多量落ちていた。バスタオルがボロボロでシミがしっかりついていた。TV映りが悪い。窓や鏡が手垢で汚い。冷蔵庫がカビだらけ。電話のLINEが間違っていて、電話が出来なかった。シャワーのカランが触っただけで取れてしまい、温度調節が出来なかった。机の高さの割に椅子が低すぎて使えなかった。備え付けのシャンプーボディソープがほんの僅かし机の前にあるはずの鏡が壊れて無くなったままだった。か入っていなかった。朝6時からムスリムの歌が外で大音量に流れて窓から丸聞こえで苦痛だった。朝7時から隣のビル工事が始まり煩くて寝ていられなかった。ポットの中に水が少量入ったままだった。貴重品金庫がリセットされておらず使えなかった。"

"後進国に駐在中の為、買い出し旅行も兼ねて冷蔵庫付きのこちらの宿を利用させて頂きました。 問い合わせに対するスタッフの方の反応がとても良く、大変安心して過ごすことができました。対応頂いた方々皆さんが親切です。 室内もとても清潔感があり、虫などもほとんど居ませんでした（2日目に一回小さいものを見ただけ）。 部屋もキッチンも清潔感があります。 そして立地もとても良いです。 また利用したいと思える宿でした。"
