"Overall, I had a good stay at Imagine Beach Hotel in Auckland. The location was super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main metro station, and it was also an easy pickup point for tour buses, which made getting around very stress-free. Safety and convenience are my biggest priorities when traveling, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. I felt very safe throughout my stay. For cleanliness, I’d give it around 4 stars. "Loud Party in the room opposite still going at 1am. As the hotel don’t employ security the staff (very helpful) did request they stop but in the event of refusal from the partygoers were powerless to do anything. "

"Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time. Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink. Interesting smell too. Aircon made a loud sound all night."
