"Their website needs to be updated. The art gallery is closed. The rooftop restaurant and access is closed. No hot breakfast or restaurant at all- “grab and go” which is all fine- however let the website reflect this. Otherwise I would have chosen a different place. However I loved the hotel and location. Also our ac didn’t work and we asked about it being looked at twice. Very cute charming place just wish things were open."

"This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast)....

"Well, upon checking in they gave me a room someone was already in. Embarrassing! The new room was clean and nice though. Parking is $30/ nightly which is insane to me especially given the area the hotel’s location is in. Only had 1 issue with one staff member. He wasn’t the best. Security they have over night was nice."

"Great location downtown within walking to restaurants. Stayed at hotel for event at the Orpheum. Adjoining restaurant- delicious breakfast and lovely bar for evening cocktails! Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again."

"Poor chlorine was absolutely awful, no hot tub! Never got room service- needed towels and garbage bags. The rooms were very very small- good luck if you have a stroller! Parking is awful, $40/night for valet which is a rip off. "

"As soon as we stepped off the elevator the smell of marajuana made our eyes water it was so strong. I called down to the lobby and they said they would look into it. But the smell was everywhere. Multiple guests complained of the same thing on several floors. No reduction in the cost of our stay was offered in any way."

"Perfect location for walking over to US Bank. Only piece of advice is making sure you understand that parking is tricky when an event is going on, even when you have hotel parking. We called for some help and were told “best of luck,” as roads were shut down. Being from out of town, we didn’t know all these roads would be shut down, but lesson learned, we did figure it out on our own (ignore the no left turn sign and turn anyways because you are just parking going to the parking garage).
