"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms...

"The staff was very kind. The hotel was very easy to get to . The breakfast was great in the morning. The only complaint I had would be the Plugins between the beds for your charging would not hold the charger. They were loose The alarm clock was also very crazy it was not working properly."

"We were pleasantly surprised at cuteness of the property. We had our own liitle cabin and it was nice. No in room coffee is our only complaint. Otherwise close to restaurants and quiet part of town. "

"Everything was lovely. Should probably warn people about the size of the parking lot. Thankfully we bought my car. Had we brought my husband’s truck, or anything bigger than a compact car. We would not have fit in the parking spaces. "

"Beautiful and quiet B&B, clean room, very kind staff and breakfast was phenomenal. The outdoor seating is serene. "

"What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained....

"Really enjoyed staying here. Great location within walking distance to downtown, and very clean property. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a nice home cooked meal. Having to park across the somewhat busy street is a bit inconvenient but there was always parking available."

"Although it rained most of the days we were there, it still was a wonderful stay. Close to everything and the little cafe and restaurant right on the property had great food and coffee. The man at the concierge in the main lobby was a wealth of information and we were so happy we took his advice about places to visit. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the items for cooking. We especially loved the electric fireplace in the bedroom and the rainfall shower-head was a...
