"This hotel is not worth the price we paid. We got Room 3, and I felt so uncomfortable sleeping in it because the conditions and furniture were minimal and basic, and the floor didn’t look clean. In Todos Santos I could have gotten a room with much better conditions for the price I paid."

"Great off the beaten path location for exploring the Sol de Mayo Waterfall and the surrounding Sierra de la Laguna mountain range near the small town of Santiago. We really enjoyed the hike to the waterfall and exploring the Cañon de la Zorra (Fox Canyon) above the falls. The accommodations weren't fancy, but we did enjoy the peace and tranquility of the desert landscape and the beautiful oasis tucked away amid the arid canyon. "Love the concept and execution. The food was great. The staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness/hospitality. Felt like I was in a masculine wind-surfers playground. I wasn't prepared for how cold it got at night. I would definitely come back with my son--very kid-friendly."

"Great time at Hotel Hondo! So thankful for the AC and quiet area where we could decompress. Super easy walk into town to many good restaurants as well as beach. Staff was incredibly easy to communicate with and met us stay a couple hours later before hitting the road to our next place. Thank you!! "

"It’s a little hard to figure out the driveway but well worth the effort. The casita’s are very clean and comfortable. There’s a community kitchen if you want to cook and nice fire pits to roast marshmallows. The kids loved the friendly animals and the pool."
