"It would be helpful if guest services knew more about the downtown area and the most convenient ways to get there such as driving your own car or rideshare. It would also be helpful if guest services asked if you were driving and got your car information so you weren’t left an uh-oh sticker on your car that you could be towed."

"My family had a wonderful stay, enjoying the many amenities the hotel had to offer, such as the free breakfast in the mornings. Room was clean and air conditioner worked very well! Just a few minutes to walk to the River Walk and the Historic Market Place. Competitively priced to all of the other hotels. Wonderful stay!"

"Pool was really disgusting and the breakfast was just a waffle maker and a few oranges and a dry muffin. The front desk was guarding the waffle batter with their life and was only putting enough for barely one waffle in the bottle and there were multiple people needing one. Very noisy, they placed us right on the highway. The tv kept disconnecting and not working, won’t come here again. "
