The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. "Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in...
