"Pics of the place are old when it was renovated years ago. Place looks nothing like the pics. It’s run down and dirty. They won’t give you a refund if you look at the place and don’t stay because the place is dirty. Stay clear. "

"I did not stay in this hotel as they falsely advertised that they had hot water and when I got there, the hot water didn’t work and when I asked to be changed to another room, they didn’t have any other rooms available."

"Stayed in larger 2 bed bungalow with high ceilings. Nice TV, aircon and walk in bathroom. Private patio with fan and seating. Breakfast very basic and local (more fruit and juice options would be an improvement). Met owners, nice people and site is nice for walking and pet friendly. Nice pools and sitting areas. Dining is not available on site but many options nearby, small drive. Slight sewer odor in bathroom that should be corrected if possible."

"Experience was not good at all. 1. Its not a 5min walk to the beach, 15 to 20mins maybe 2. Not advisable to check in late.. You have to cross a slightly narrow 200meters or more bridge that is not well lit. 3. Darwin the owner was not really accomodating and hospitable enough to us guests. 4.Parking was far even if they will have someone to carry our stuffs, we need to go first at the hotel to tell them to help us fetch our stuffs at the assigned parking 5. "The owner and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The place is clean and comfortable. The price is affordable. My sister got to enjoy the swimming pool too. "

"Great stay, lots to do, service was good (wouldn't say excellent, but it was good), food is good, beach is beautiful. I recommend the boat to Miguelito Island and Sugong Cave excursion. Good for couples, families, friends."
