"Housekeeping smoking outside rooms, TV didn’t work. Told 3 people (2 days) before it was fixed. Then it still wasn’t working."

"The hotel through Expedia was $60 more than their walk in rate. The room door was sprung and wouldn't close without you having to slam it. The breakfast was nasty and the room stunk like mildew and the linen were damp. Spoke to front desk and they said too bad, we are sold out. Feel free to find another property, but no refunds since you booked through a 3rd party! Would not reccomend EVER!! $760.14 FOR 2 NIGHTS..."

"The bar wasn’t open, the breakfast is just cereal, bagels, and waffles. The pool was pretty much used as a personal pool party for the guests that were staying there as a little league baseball teams with over 50 people in the pool for hours. We couldn’t even get in because it was so crowded. They even brought in coolers full to the pool area."

"The room was clean but dated. The towels were very thin. The breakfast was good, with the usual make your own waffles, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and juice machine. My in room safe was locked and unusable. All in all, it is a decent hotel whose rating is about accurate."

"The room was clean and bug free. However, the room did not have a phone to call the front desk or staff. No iron to press clothes to get out wrinkles. These things are mostly standard in hotels, but none were found here. The tv was functional but dated. WiFi was available which was a good thing. I did inquire about a golf cart and was given rate info, but getting instructions where to get one that had reasonable prices wasn’t easy. Fortunately, most restaurants were within a few minutes walking...

"This property was not up to date. It didn’t look anything like the pictures especially for the price we paid. I drove a total of 5 hours and went right back home because me and my family did not feel comfortable. Staff weren’t helpful and they were rude"
