"We had a great one night stay at Pepe Mesa and would definitely visit again. Great apartment with the added benefit of the rooftop terrace and small pool. Also, close to the shops and restaurants of Nerja."

"Of the six hotels we have used on our trip to Southern Spain, this was the best. When we first arrived I had my doubts, because it is a little austere, almost Spartan in appearance. But the hotel is nice. The automation is excellent. The staff is responsive, even if you don't see much of them. The rooms are clean and quiet. It has one of the best showers we have used in our travels here. The roof top lounge is nice and the view is great. It has easy access to the beach, which is just a short...

"Very basic breakfast, plus if you are a bit late the hienas and scavengers have already swept everything. Small room, bathroom is terrible, you have to keep hitting the ahower walls like in a karate fight. The stairs are too long and very steep. The only good this is the location convenient and walkable to everything in town. I guess you get what you pay for"

"Perfect room and hosts couldn't be more helpful"

"Carlos was a very helpful host. He was always available, gave very useful information about Nerja, ensured we could stay in a room adjoining our son’s room and delivered an ironing board and what fed we needed. Nerja rooms is located close to the bus station - which made our transfer from Malaga very straightforward. Thanks for a great stay Carlos !"

"The most lovely place to stay, I really enjoyed the space and the owners were so sweet and great to chat with! Highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere especially at night (October). Good evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay again but not in the summer!"

"It's great property with amassing views, especially from 2nd floor rooms. Owners are extremely nice and very helpful. Mercedes make very tasteful breakfast! we loved location too. It's closed to everything. We highly recommend staying at Hostal Casa Mercedes."

"Small hostel conveniently located in Nerja. For sleeping and bathing it is perfect."

"Great location."

"Great location, basic accommodation and breakfast is also basic."
