"The staff were kind, helpful and understanding. The property does not cover parking so best to plan ahead on finding, there is a parking structure down the road but they charge a hefty price for your peace of mind and I think worth it. Other than that you’d have to find street parking. Location on the hotel was good. Near plenty of exciting shops, bars and stores which was a plus. Beside that, the property was a more of an apartment vibe than a hotels kind of vibe. The bathroom was a nightmare....

"Updating my review as the staff did come and assist with the issues we had and got us in a new room. The only issues were a broken tv and the door wasn’t functioning properly but they moved us to the room next door and accommodated us which I truly appreciated."

"A very nice hotel in the heart of Kailua Kona Hawaii ! Near all the action and close to all Kona has to offer. Very clean and well maintained and very reasonable prices for Hawaii. Parking is very adequate and right at the hotel property. Checking was quick and hotel staff were most helpful. Everything in Kona was within walking distance ! The morning free breakfast well prepared and the employees for very accommodating. This hotel is the best value in Hawaii !"

"Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I arrived really early and they allowed for early check in without a problem. Also loved that the beach was a 2 min walk from the hotel"

"The room was well equipped for a basic hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. An extra chair would have been good but no room for it really. Great for a short stay."

"Our rental car was broken into first night. Do not leave anything in your car."
