"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. "Our stay at Bamboo Travellers was well worth the price. Our room was clean, warm at night, cool during the day, and the bathroom was clean when we arrived. We had both a bathroom in our accommodation, and the public bathrooms available for use which was super helpful.
