"Staying at Fisherman's Wharf was convenient. We were there troll hunting at the Botanical Gardens and it was less than 3 miles away. It was close to shops and restaurants and could walk everywhere that we wanted or needed. Kelly's nearby had a great breakfast. It was early season for the town and pretty cold rainy weather but we were ok with that. We only stayed two nights. The room was large, clean, updated bathroom and older furniture. "The room was attractive, spacious, and easy to get into with the room codes. It was also close enough to downtown to walk to many places. The room heater would be my only criticism. It would come on to the desired temperature and shut off once it was reached. The room would then get very cold before it clicked back on and so it was up and down for the entire stay. "Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. "
