"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and very clean"

"No amenities... the bed was hard, got only 1 pillow and 1 sheet over the plastic mattress, no cups/glasses. They sent us away to store our luggage off property before 4pm check-in, but then the line-up for check-in was 3 dozen people long and took almost 45 minutes. It was no better than a hostel, but it sure was pricey for what little you get."

"It started off great, staff was friendly and accommodating. They had prepared their biggest room for us because he were travelling with a service dog which we appreciated (this room was average) but we were grateful…. Until we realized there was no air conditioning in that room. It was stifling hot. We asked if they had an air conditioned room that we could have and they did. Our new room was tiny. Barely fit 2 double beds, but we took it because we needed the air conditioning. Paint was peeling...

"The room was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in! The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport at 3 AM was great!"

"The room was old and dingy, the wallpaper falling off the walls, the tub had a big ding in it. The worst was the damaged electrical outlet behind the mattress, that was damaged. I have messaged Comfort on that complaint."
