"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación. El señor de recepción amable y correcto nos explicó el código de acceso y el sistema de ventana. Una vez se fue nos quedamos en la habitación y olía asquerosamente a tabaco (los que no sóis fumadores me entenderéis). Más tarde nos percatamos que la papelera del baño estaba llena de colillas y latas de cerveza. No voy a decir nada más sobre esto, doy por hecho que se entiende el asco que nos dió. "Very nice people very clean a tidy thanks "

"The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing"
