"Great staff clea"

"I liked the room facilities, very clean and spacious room. The price was amazing value for the high standard of the hotel. The only thing that frustrated me was the reception staff did not speak english and had to keep referring my query to one person on staff. Loved the pool and outdoor area and the breakfast, which was included in our package, was varied and yummy every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was central to the beaches and not far from other towns. I...

"It was overall good, but the aircondition was very bad. Two nights we woke up with headache and it was sooo warm in our room, but else it was a good Hotel, but the breakfast buffet could easily be better than it was."

"ファミリールーム（2階）で3泊の滞在。 我々は普通のファミリールームでしたが、一階のプールにすぐ出られる部屋が便利そうでした。小さめのプールが何個もあり、深さも色々で小さい子から楽しめると思います。 ウェルカムフルーツとしてオレンジとりんごが4つずつ。更に子供が誕生日だとフロントが気づいてくれてフロントを通った際に呼び止められてバースデーソングを歌ってお祝いしてくれ、更に翌日部屋までフルーツとカードを届けてくれました。小さなキッチンもあり、ナイフやカトラリー、お皿と洗剤、スポンジもあったのでオレンジを切ったり絞って飲むことも出来て良かったです。 洗面所は洗面台、便座、シャワーブースがまとまっており、シャワーブースにはカーテンや扉がなかったものの水量は十分。 ランドレット（コインランドリー）があったのも助かりました。洗剤は自分で用意する必要がありますが、ホテルのすぐ向かいにTops dailyがあり、10バーツ位で小さい袋を買えます。 "

"I must say, we just went with what we thought was nice from the reviews, and it was awesome. Krishina(sorry if i got the name wrong) she was great. She knew i was staying for over 12 nights, she made sure i got an awesome room but she was on hand to makesure my stay was great. I loved the ppl hosting and more for the guys & girls who cleaned the rooms.. Well done, ill be back!"

"Very attractive hotel. A bit out on the edge being on the north side of the town... although that means you may not get gouged on food / drinks like in the centre of town. The rooftop bar / pool offers a fantastic sunser view. Plus the pool is a good size and swimable. "
