"I think I liked pretty much everything about this property except they had terrible pillows on the bed. Too big and uncomfortable to sleep on so that made for a less than a perfect night sleep. The bed was fine. I could hear the people in the next room in the morning fortunately I had earplugs. "

"I liked the location and the common areas in the hotel. The staff (there are no butlers despite their claims) were accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast offerings were tasty but very limited and small. Prices at the bar were rather high. The plumbing in our room didn’t function properly - hot water filled the toilet occasionally. Overall, I would stay there again if I came to Buffalo. "

"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"Very easy and fast check in. Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."
