"The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. "The temps were in the 80's and we couldn't cool down in our room. The thermostat just kept blinking and did not appear to work. It was tough to sleep since there was no fan and we were sweating all night. The front desk clerks were the worst I have ever seen. Mostly, we didn't even see them. The beautiful lobby was completely empty every time we walked through. The front desk clerks obviously hated their job. We only met one other couple during our four-day stay and they agreed it was creepy...
