"The staff was fine but the room and property weren’t what I expected. We had to change rooms when we got there as the air wasn’t working in the first one. We changed out some towels because they had some spots on them. We had a king size bed but it was hard, and the safe in the room was locked and they couldn’t get it open. The rating given for this hotel was higher then we’d give it."
