"This place is NOT a resort by any stretch o the imagination! The pictures and online description are extremely and intentionally misleading. Breezy Palms is a run down motel with furniture that looks like it came straight from a landfill. It is also NOT on a beach as falsely stated online. There is a small roped off water area full of trash and ocean sludge. Some sand was trucked to create a “beach” area which is next to a boat dock that has zero water access due to the amount of sharks swimming...

"Cameras are located throughout the property, which added an extra sense of security. The apartment is well-equipped with the essentials you’d expect in a home, including a plunger, private laundry room conveniently located next to the unit, a decent-sized refrigerator with a separate mini fridge, long lasting HOT water, and FREEZING cold A/C.The area outside is fairly public, so we tended to keep the shades closed for privacy. "The property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a great view. The location was central to everything we had planned for our trip. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool after a day out. We appreciated the guidebook that was prepared in advance. We are hoping to return at the same time next year. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend this property"
