"The hotel was lovely, but the shuttle drivers were not great. The lady that took us to the airport didn't give any information about how to get back to the hotel on our return. The gentleman that picked us up... wouldn't even lift our small bags and put them in the van. He was also driving for a coworker who seemed strange. The 2nd driver was not friendly or helpful. The other staff at the hotel always have seemed super nice, and that is why we returned. "
